improving our levels of customer service through training, total

ORIGIN :
With over 20 years of experience in the men's clothing industry,
the founders of Buy4LessLuxurySuits.com realized that we could
use the internet to meet a distinguished man's need wear for "quality,
high-end" men's wear. (Not merely men's clothing
that you can easily find at a mass market "Average Joe"
suit place, but the hard-to-acquire men's wear that you only find
in upscale specialty boutiques).
In 1999, our initial website was established. When we first started,
we decided to only focus on a niche market, specifically men's
formal wear. When we started, we noticed that many of our customers
were so impressed with quality of the merchandise, prompt delivery,
and personal customer care... that they then began encouraging
us to start providing them with "quality, high-end"
men's luxury suits and other men's accessories -- in addition
to just tuxedos. Thanks to the suggestions of our rapidly increasing
customer base, we developed the vision of creating a site which
would not only contain tuxedos & formal wear accessories --
but also creating an easy to navigate site where people can find
exclusive high-end men's clothing without paying excessive
specialty boutique prices!
As a result, we developed Buy4LessLuxurySuits.com.

We believe strongly in relationship-building. In order to make
our mission a reality, we had to network with the best men's clothing
manufacturers in the world. Through close relationships and agreements
with these designers, we are able to provide our customers with
the largest selection of luxury men's wear at the absolute lowest
prices. Not only do we maintain close relationships with the designers
and manufacturers, but we also make relationship-building a priority
with our customers. When dealing with us, you will see that we
will always give prompt responses to any questions or concerns
that you have. We get to know our customers and their individual
needs. We believe that if you feel that one of our representatives
develops a close relationship with you and becomes your own personal
consultant, you will be more likely to do business with us again
and again.

We believe that it is the responsibility of upper management in
a company to stress the importance of business ethics to all the

Although we do implement a low pricing structure, we do not
sacrifice quality or value. We do not support, nor conduct, deceptive
business practices such as including inferior second-quality merchandise
in our product lines, "knock-offs", or any "salvaged"
goods that have imperfections in the goods. All of our products
are authentic and manufactured directly by the appropriate manufacturer/designer. |
